The job application process is needlessly stressful. We don’t add additional barriers or layers that creates more work for you, or ourselves.
What you can expect from our job application process:
1) Fill out our short form: only 4 boxes for your contact info, 3 questions on qualifications, and upload your prepared resume. Hit “Submit”.
2) A real human reviews your application. No AI that boots your application because of a formatting error, no keyword screener, and no hiring manager that doesn’t know the job.
3) You will hear back from someone on our team within 1-2 weeks regarding your application; no matter what. You put time and effort into your resume, so allow the human reviewer the time it takes to do a thoughtful evaluation.
4) No endless interview cycles. At most, we might request two interviews; one in-person to evaluate qualifications, and one in-person to evaluate culture fit. You don’t have endless time and neither do we.
